Mechanical Department Manager with Rotating Equipment Experience required.
Location Cheshire
The Role You will need some degree of “hands on engineering” to engineer and produce specifications for the purchase of boilers / heat exchangers / mechanical plant (pumps). This role is based in Cheshire close to Ellesmere port with one of the fastest growing design engineering and management consultancies in the UK, specialising in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and environmental sectors worldwide.
Applicants with a Mechanical Engineering degree and experience of high volume, high value continous process, high pressure compressors and gas turbines and perhaps jet engines are encouraged to apply. You should have understanding of international codes of pressure relief rotating equipment and have previous experience of HP superheat steam boilers and steam turbines plant and power generation plant. If you have municipal waste incinerator experience it would be an advantage
